Mindset & Psychology

Most people think they control their lives through willpower. They don’t.
Right now, your subconscious mind is scanning your environment; tracking the light flickering in your peripheral vision, the hum of background noise, the subtle pressure of your body in the chair.
If you’re reading this on your phone, your brain is processing hundreds of thousands of other things right now. All without your awareness.
It’s not just collecting data. It’s writing the script you live by. It’s creating your reality.
Your subconscious is the invisible architect of your beliefs, behaviors, and biases. It filters what you notice, how you react, and ultimately, what you think is possible.
In other words, it doesn’t just observe reality, it edits it.
And here’s the catch: affirmations won’t overwrite the code. You can’t chant “I am fit” into the mirror over and over if your subconscious has already decided you’re not fit. It will reject the input like a corrupted file.
But there is a workaround.
Ask better questions.
Your subconscious loves puzzles. When you say, “Why am I so consistent with my workouts and nutrition?” - you bypass its defenses. You plant a seed disguised as curiosity.
Ask that question enough, and your mind will begin to answer it; by looking for patterns, actions, and identity traits that match.
And slowly, without fanfare, your actions begin to align with the new belief. Before you know it, you will be incredibly consistent with your workouts and nutrition. And your body (and thus, your reality) will transform.
Here’s Your Homework…
Write Down 10 Reframing Questions to Rewire Your Subconscious (below are my 10):
“Why does everything always seem to work out in my favor?”
→ Shifts you from anxiety to expectancy.
“Why am I so disciplined even when no one’s watching?”
→ Anchors identity-driven habits.
“Why do I attract the right people and opportunities so effortlessly?”
→ Builds a mindset of alignment, not force.
“Why do I feel so calm and clear, even under pressure?”
→ Reframes your baseline from stress to composure.
“Why do I trust myself more with each decision I make?”
→ Builds self-belief without needing perfection.
“Why does wealth and success flow to me in ways I never expected?”
→ Opens your subconscious to abundance and non-linear growth.
“Why am I so consistent with my health and energy every day?”
→ Bypasses guilt and connects to identity.
“Why do I keep leveling up, even when things get hard?”
→ Reinforces resilience and forward motion.
“Why does every challenge seem to unlock a better version of me?”
→ Turns adversity into an identity upgrade.
“Why do I feel so alive, grounded, and powerful in my own life?”
→ Taps into presence, not performance.

The Power of Micro Wins
Most people think progress requires perfection…
The perfect amount of sleep
The flawless workout routine
The perfect diet
But real, lasting results aren’t built on perfection. They’re built on momentum.
In fitness, it’s not about hitting a PR every session or never missing a workout.
It’s about showing up, even on the days you’re low on energy, traveling, or just not feeling it.
A quick 20-minute bodyweight circuit or a simple walk might not look like much on paper, but it keeps the streak alive. It keeps you in motion.
The same principle applies to business. You don’t need to launch a game-changing product every week or sign a massive client every month.
Small wins like refining your onboarding process, improving a single KPI, or building a stronger team habit compound over time into big results.
Micro wins build self-trust, create positive feedback loops, and keep you engaged in the process rather than fixated on the outcome.
Consistency beats intensity. Action beats analysis. You don’t need perfect days… you need a system that allows you to show up and stack small wins day after day.
Because those “micro” wins? They’re what separate the people who talk about success from the ones who actually build it.
Keep moving forward… one rep, one task, one small win at a time.

Personal Finance Tip of the Week

I recently read Pomp’s latest letter on stablecoins and it’s one of the clearest signals yet that we’re watching a financial revolution in real time.
It’s not that stablecoins might eat the world. It’s that they already are.
In just the past week alone:
Stripe partnered with Shopify to enable stablecoin payments in 34 countries
Coinbase launched a full-stack stablecoin payments platform for merchants
Founders Fund invested in Ubyx, a clearinghouse for stablecoins built by a former Citi veteran
JPMorgan rolled out JPMD, its own tokenized dollar
Walmart and Amazon are reportedly exploring launching their own stablecoins
And perhaps most surprisingly, the U.S. Treasury Secretary said stablecoins could help reinforce dollar supremacy.
That’s not crypto Twitter.
That’s the top financial official in the country saying the dollar may depend on tokenization to stay relevant.
The quote that really stuck with me came from Nic Carter:
“Stablecoins eliminate the power of borders in currency choice.”
In countries like Venezuela, Argentina, and Nigeria, people are already bypassing broken monetary systems by using digital dollars.
Not because they were told to, but because they work better. Stablecoins don’t require permission. They just require access to the internet.
Governments have tried to ban them. It didn’t work.
Consumers are choosing digital dollars, and the market is bending to their will. This isn’t top-down policy, it’s bottom-up adoption.
Technologists built better payment rails. Now, legacy players are scrambling to keep up.

Business Playbook

“Never give up” is terrible advice without context.
Perseverance is a powerful trait, but stubbornness disguised as grit can drain your resources and kill your momentum.
Sometimes, the real win is knowing when to quit or when to pivot.
If you’ve tested every marketing channel, every message, every angle, and nothing is sticking… it might not be your strategy. It might be the product itself.
The harsh reality is that no amount of clever ads, viral content, or paid traffic will save a product that doesn’t solve a real problem or create real value.
Your job as a founder or operator is to let data, not ego, lead the way. Look at customer feedback, conversion rates, churn, and retention… these tell the true story.
A smart operator isn’t afraid to say: “This isn’t working. We need to shift.”
The best companies aren’t built on blind perseverance. They’re built on the courage to adapt, the humility to listen, and the discipline to act on what the data tells you, even when it hurts.
