Mindset & Psychology

I want you to hear something I wish I knew 10 years ago:
Stress does not mean success.
You can’t build wealth from a fried nervous system.
Ask me how I know.
Stress nearly killed my productivity.
I’d wear it like a badge, thinking pressure meant progress.
But eventually, the cracks showed: poor sleep, short temper, bad decisions, strained relationships.
So I stopped overloading and started optimizing: Boundaries, breathwork, time off.
Wealth isn’t built in survival mode.

Health & Fitness + Longevity

Most people train based on feelings.
Go hard. Eat “healthy.” Hope for the best.
And for a while, that works.
They get a little faster.
They feel a little better.
Progress seems linear.
Until it stalls…
Not because they lack effort, but because they lack feedback.
They don’t have a system to understand what’s happening inside their body.
And that’s when smart athletes turn to data because it allows you to train smarter.
Progress comes from aligning effort with precision. That means knowing when to push and when to pull back.
How the body responds to carbs, how much sleep is actually needed, and what true recovery looks like.
This isn't guessing.
It's data. And it’s how modern athletes train.
We're no longer in the era of one-size-fits-all fitness.
We're in the era of personalization.
And when performance is measured, performance improves.
Question for you: What's your go-to fitness routine? |

Personal Finance Tip of the Week

Here Are 5 Habits to Build Financial Success in 2025:
1. Track Every Dollar You Spend
Start tracking every dollar that leaves your bank account.
You can’t improve what you don’t measure. Most people aren’t “bad with money”, they’re just unaware of where it goes.
Use apps like Mint or YNAB, or go old school and open a spreadsheet and list daily expenses.
After 30 days, identify your biggest money leaks and patch them.
Analogy: If your bathtub is leaking, you don’t keep pouring in more water.
You find the holes.
Do the same with your money.
2. Pay Yourself First
Before you spend a dime, set aside money for you.
Saving what’s “left over” never works because there’s rarely anything left.
Send 10–20% of your income to your wealth manager or investment account the day you get paid. Treat it like a non-negotiable bill.
Example: You wouldn’t skip rent or your mortgage. Don’t skip investing in your future.
3. Build a ‘No’ Muscle
Start saying no to expenses that don’t align with your goals.
Every dollar you spend is a tradeoff. Saying “yes” to brunch every weekend might mean saying “no” to freedom later.
Ask before any purchase: “Does this get me closer to financial freedom or further from it?”
Delay non-essential purchases for 48 hours. If you still want it, buy it. Most of the time you won’t.
Analogy: Think of your money like your energy. If you give it away freely, you’ll burn out and fall short of what matters.
4. Increase Your Earning Capacity
Invest in skills that can multiply your income.
Cutting costs only gets you so far. But your income has no ceiling.
Take an online course.
Learn to negotiate raises.
Start a side hustle that aligns with your strengths.
Hire a coach or mentor.
Example: Learning to write well, sell, or market online can turn a $50 investment in a course into thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars in the long run.
5. Define What ‘Enough’ Means
Know how much money you need to feel secure, happy, and free.
Without a definition of enough, you’ll chase money forever and never feel like you have it.
Calculate your ideal monthly lifestyle.
Set a freedom number (e.g. “$7K/month covers my dream life”).
Build around that. Not someone else’s Instagram highlight reel.
Analogy: Success without a target is like running a race with no finish line. You’ll burn out before you ever feel like you’re winning.
Takeaway:
Financial success isn’t about hacks. It’s about habits.
And the good news?
You can build every one of these starting today. With zero dollars.
BONUS: My Thoughts on Crypto in 2025

For reference before we dive in… I co-manage a crypto hedge fund with a couple million in AUM and incredible Year Over Year returns. If you’re interested in learning more, visit the link here.
A lot of people ask me how I’m thinking about crypto this year, especially with everything that’s happened in the space over the last 24 months.
Here’s the reality:
Crypto in 2025 isn’t about meme coins or trying to 10x your net worth overnight.
It’s about betting on infrastructure. It’s about real utility and understanding the macro trends that are shaping the future of finance, and putting your money where it can actually compound.
A Step in The Right Direction:
Institutions aren’t just dipping their toes in anymore, they’re fully committed. BlackRock, Fidelity, and Goldman are building inside the system.
That should tell you everything you need to know.
We’re seeing the early stages of tokenized real-world assets: real estate, bonds, equities. Eventually, everything that can be put on-chain will be. Why? Because it’s faster, cheaper, and more transparent.
The biggest mistake I see retail investors make is trying to swing at every pitch.
The smartest money in crypto knows how to wait for the right opportunity.
If you’re sitting on the sidelines waiting for “certainty,” you’re already behind. This is the time to get educated, get exposure, and get in the game. Not recklessly, but strategically. The edge comes from thinking long-term and filtering out the noise.
I regularly get the question, “is now a good time to buy Bitcoin?” My answer has been YES at 20k, YES at 50k, and even YES today at nearly 110K.
I believe, if you zoom out a bit and look at the investment over the next 5-7 years, Bitcoin will be trading at a minimum of 500k, and probably closer to $1M per coin.
So don’t worry about “timing” the market right now. Just keep buying, and keep holding. You will thank me later, I promise.
The future of finance is being built right now, and blockchain is at the center of it. The only question is whether you’re going to be early or late to the party.

Business Playbook

I wasted years listening to people who had strong opinions but zero results. Some of my best friends, actually.
People I loved and admired, but who didn’t have the receipts.
Eventually, I stopped taking advice from people who hadn’t built what I wanted.
I got intentional about who I learned from and started modeling actual operators and people who have lived it, braved it, and actually done it.
That decision helped me scale a company my best friend and I started from scratch and eventually sold for 8-figures.
You don’t need more information. You need better filters. Better mentors. Better examples to follow.
